Eduard Davydov

Born on July 10, 1984 in Nalchik, Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. Father worked as a chemical scientist at the laboratory of the Kabardino-Balkarian State University. Mother is a nurse in a polyclinic. Graduated from school with a gold medal. From school years he has been engaged in judo and sambo. He was a multiple winner of republican and all-Russian competitions among boys and youth. In 2005, he graduated from the Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia with a degree in Chemical Technology and Biotechnology, and in 2010 - the Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration of Russia with a degree in Economics. He started to work at university. While studying in the 3rd year, he got a job as an accountant-economist at the Pyaterochka supermarket. From 2005 to 2012 held senior positions at Russian chemical companies: manager of Makpolimer LLC, deputy head of the foreign economic activity department of Himleks CJSC, director for economics and development of PolyChemGroup LLC, head of the sales department of Energoinvest CJSC, sales manager of the sales department of Prepreg-SKM CJSC. Since 2012, he headed the commercial department of JSC “ETK”. In 2013, he was appointed as Deputy General Director for Procurement and Sales of JSC “Bashkir Soda Company”. Since December 2017 - First Deputy General Director. Since July 1, 2019 - General Director of JSC "Bashkir Soda Company" and JSC "Berezniki Soda Plant". As director of the company, he is actively engaged in development of both the company as a whole and the well-being of each employee, implementing projects to improve the environmental situation in the city. In 2018, Eduard Davydov was awarded the title of "Russian Quality Leader" by the All-Russian Organization for Quality. In 2019, he was awarded a Certificate of Honor by the Ministry of Industry and Innovation Policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Eduard Davydov was awarded a Letter of Appreciation for his active assistance in the fight against the pandemic, organization of the campaign "With Care for Doctors", as well as for his personal contribution to increasing the role and authority of the United Russia party in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Letters of Appreciation were also received from the Regional Wrestling Federation for fruitful cooperation, support and assistance in implementing initiatives aimed at developing wrestling in the republic and from the Bashkir Republican Organization of the All-Russian Society of the Disabled. In 2020, he was included in RBC's ranking of the country's youngest business leaders.

Deputy General Director for interaction with federal authorities. In 1998, Marina Bortova graduated with honors from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Russian Foreign Ministry. PhD in Economics (2004).

From 1998 to 2008 - an employee of the Presidential Administration of Russia. From 2001 to 2008 was responsible for interaction of the Presidential Administration with the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

She worked later for large Russian companies in senior positions responsible for interaction with government authorities and industry organizations: Vice President of AVTOVAZ, GR Director of the Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS, PJSC Sberbank, Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Russian Post”.

Since 2015, she has been working at BASHKHIM Group of Companies being responsible for defending and promoting the Company's interests in government authorities and industry organizations.

Born on January 24, 1980 in the village of Bishkurai, Tuymazinsky District, Republic of Bashkortostan. In 2002, he graduated from the Ufa State Oil Technical University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing, with an Economist qualification. He began his career at CJSC “Kaustik” as an accountant in the sector for accounting, analysis and control of taxes. He headed department of economic analysis and budgeting. In 2004, he was appointed Deputy Executive Director for Economics, in 2007 - Head of the Economics Department of CJSC “Kaustik” . In 2013 - Financial Director of JSC “Bashkir Soda Company”, since 2014 - Deputy General Director for Finance and Economics of JSC “Bashkir Soda Company”.

Vladimir Anufriev

Director of Human Resources and General Affairs

Vladimir Anufriev was born on March 29, 1983 in Sterlitamak. In 2007 he graduated from the All-Russian Financial and Economic Institute, Faculty of Finance and Credit. He has a qualification certificate from the Institute of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Russia. He worked at OJSC “Soda” as an accountant and a leading economist in the accounting department. In 2007, he became Head of Social Development Service. Since 2008, he worked as Deputy Chief Accountant and Chief Accountant. In 2011 he was appointed as Deputy Director for Economics and Finance. Since 2013 - Deputy General Director for Organizational and Personnel Policy of JSC “Bashkir Soda Company”.   Since December 2017 - Director for HR and General Affairs.

In September 2016, he was elected as a deputy to the City District Council of the 4th convocation in the city of Sterlitamak, Republic of Bashkortostan, is Deputy Chairman of the City District Council, member of the Commission on Budget, Taxes, Economic Development, Property Issues and Investment Policy.

Dmitry Zavyalov

 Born September 26, 1972.

Graduated from the Vladimir State Technical University with a degree in Design and Technology of Radioelectronic Equipment, qualified as a radio engineer designer and technologist. In 1998, he defended his Ph.D. thesis on "Computer-aided design systems", was awarded the degree of the Сandidate of Technical Sciences (Ph.D.) . He was awarded the qualification of a patent specialist of the VOIR - the All-Union Society of Inventors and Innovators. He took refresher courses at the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University and the Moscow State University and retraining courses at the National University of Science and Technology MISiS and the Higher School of Public Administration.

For more than 15 years, he held senior positions in large commercial banks. From 2016 to 2021, he worked at OJSC “RZhD- Zdorovye” as the head of the IT Services.            In 2021, he was appointed Director for Digital Transformation at JSC “BSC”.

Ilgam Zaidullin

In 1994, he graduated from the Izhevsk Mechanical Institute with a degree in “Pulsed Thermal Engines”, in 1996 he graduated from the Russian State Open Technical University of Railway Transport with a degree in “Wagons”. From 2005 to 2014, I.F. Zaidullin headed the logistics department of OJSC “United Trading Company”. He started his career at JSC "Soda" as a shift foreman. He was head of shop "KD-2", in 2005 he was appointed head of soda ash production. From 2007 to 2010, he worked as Deputy General Director for Production, Technical Director, Chief Engineer of OJSC "Soda". From 2010 to 2011 - Director of Berezniki Soda Plant. From 2011 to 2013 - Chief Engineer of OJSC “Soda”. Since 2014 - Production Director of Soda site at JSC “Bashkir Soda Company”.                                                                               

PhD in Technical Sciences. He was awarded the honorary titles "Honored Chemist of the Republic of Bashkortostan", " Best Production Worker of Sterlitamak", "Honored Chemist of the Russian Federation", Winner of the Prize of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology. Awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Economy of the Russian Federation, the Badge of Distinction "For selfless work” of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Sergey Lobastov

Born on April 18, 1961 in Sterlitamak. In 1988, he graduated from the Ufa Oil Institute with a degree in basic organic and petrochemical synthesis technology. In 1981, after serving in the army, he began to work as an apparatus operator at OJSC “Soda”. In 1989, he headed the "Carbonization-1" shop, since 2005 he worked as deputy head of soda ash production, head of soda ash production. Since 2009 - General Director of OJSC “Soda”. In 2014, he was appointed as PR Director of JSC “Bashkir Soda Company”.

He was awarded the Order of National Glory, Certificates of Honor of the Ministry of Industry and Energy and the Ministry of Industry and Innovation Policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the State Assembly - the Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan. He was awarded the title of Honorary Chemist of the Russian Federation. Winner of the Prize of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology.                         In 2013, he was elected as a deputy to the State Assembly - the Kurultai of the Republic of Bashkortostan of the fifth convocation, where he was a member of the committee on agrarian issues, ecology and nature management.

Sergey Podtsepnyak

In 1994, he graduated from the Ufa State Petroleum Technological University with a degree in “Machinery and Apparatus for Chemical Production and Building Material Enterprises”. At ZAO Kaustik, he worked his way from repair mechanic to chief mechanic and deputy chief engineer for capital construction and repair. In 2014, he was appointed Director for Capital Construction and Repair of JSC “Bashkir Soda Company”.

He was awarded the honorary titles "Best Production Worker of Sterlitamak ", "Best Engineer of the Urals" and "Honored Chemist of the Republic of Bashkortostan".

In September 2016, he was elected as a Deputy to the Council of the City District of Sterlitamak of the Republic of Bashkortostan of the 4th convocation, where he is a member of the permanent commission for housing and communal services, landscaping and environmental management.

Aleksey Popovtsev

 Born on November 7, 1986 in Syktyvkar, Republic of Komi.

 In 2011, he graduated from the Kutafin Moscow State Academy of Law, Institute of Jurisprudence.

 He began his career in 2009 with Padva & Partners law firm. On graduation from the above Academy, he got a job at SIBUR as a lawyer.

He also held the positions of senior lawyer and senior manager at the company. He supervised the legal services of subsidiaries of PJSC SIBUR Holding and the implementation of digitalization of legal processes.

 In 2020, he was invited to head the legal and corporate function at Pridex company.

 On September 12, 2022 appointed Director of Legal Affairs and Corporate Relations at JSC “BSC”.

Rail Fatkullin

He started his career in 2004 at JSC "Kaustik" as a foreman in Shop No.27. He worked as process engineer, leading process engineer of production No.3. In 2008, he was appointed as Deputy Chief Engineer for Technology and Development at JSC “Kaustik”, since 2014 - Director for Technology and Development at JSC “Bashkir Soda Company”.

Oleg Khurmatullin
