Since 2012, he headed the commercial department of JSC “ETK”. In 2013, he was appointed as Deputy General Director for Procurement and Sales of JSC “Bashkir Soda Company”. Since December 2017 - First Deputy General Director. Since July 1, 2019 - General Director of JSC "Bashkir Soda Company" and JSC "Berezniki Soda Plant". As director of the company, he is actively engaged in development of both the company as a whole and the well-being of each employee, implementing projects to improve the environmental situation in the city. In 2018, Eduard Davydov was awarded the title of "Russian Quality Leader" by the All-Russian Organization for Quality. In 2019, he was awarded a Certificate of Honor by the Ministry of Industry and Innovation Policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Eduard Davydov was awarded a Letter of Appreciation for his active assistance in the fight against the pandemic, organization of the campaign "With Care for Doctors", as well as for his personal contribution to increasing the role and authority of the United Russia party in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Letters of Appreciation were also received from the Regional Wrestling Federation for fruitful cooperation, support and assistance in implementing initiatives aimed at developing wrestling in the republic and from the Bashkir Republican Organization of the All-Russian Society of the Disabled.
