Structure and Management Bodies for Educational Activities

The Staff Training Bureau, part of the Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, and Development Department, serves as the educational unit of JSC "BSK."

 The department is established based on the Company’s staffing table, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Vocational Training and Development Group (within the Department for Personnel Recruitment, Adaptation, Training, and Development) at JSC BSK is managed by the Head of the Department for Personnel Recruitment, Adaptation, Training, and Development.

The Director (for Human Resources and General Affairs) at JSC BSK coordinates and oversees the organization of professional training for the Company’s employees.

The work is organized directly by the specialists of the Vocational Training and Development Group.

Highly qualified specialists from JSC BSK, who have completed training in the fundamentals of educational psychology and pedagogy, are engaged to carry out the educational process as instructors and vocational training supervisors.
