Levels of education provided by the educational organization.
In accordance with License No. 4576, dated November 21, 2016—issued pursuant to Order No. 4761 (dated November 21, 2016) from the Office for Control and Supervision in the Sphere of Education of the Republic of Bashkortostan—JSC "BSK" provides the following levels of education:
- Vocational training
- Supplementary education
Core vocational training programs are delivered in the following formats:
- Blended (full-time/part-time)
- Full-time (with release from work duties; organized into study groups)
- On-the-job (conducted directly at the workplace within the structural divisions of JSC "BSC")
Instruction is provided in the Russian language.
Only employees of JSC "BSC" are eligible for training. As of August 1, 2025, the total headcount of JSC "BSC" employees is 6,011.
Training is not provided through funding from the budgets of constituent entities of the Russian Federation or local budgets, nor is it provided under education contracts funded by individuals or legal entities (in all such cases, the number of foreign nationals enrolled is zero).
